This role is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, payroll administration, and finance coordination to support manpower deployment across multiple construction project sites.
The incumbent must manage foreign worker administration including Work Permit, S Pass, and EP applications while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Candidates are expected to support accounts functions such as invoice preparation, receivables tracking, and maintaining bookkeeping entries for payroll-related expenses.
