Job Summary

  • Oversee product quality and food safety in a mass production kitchen, ensuring the execution of new recipes and training of kitchen staff.
  • Implement and adhere to gold standards of food quality and food safety, leveraging hands-on knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, SQF, and USDA regulations.
  • Supervise food production personnel, control food and payroll costs, and assume complete charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
