Key Requirements

  • Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Min 3 years' experience in Weld Repair/CNC Machining
  • Min 2 years' experience supervising individuals
  • Min 2 years' experience working with gas turbine components
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
