This role plays a critical part in supporting production continuity by monitoring line performance against takt time and identifying process abnormalities.
The position requires active engagement with operator playbooks and adherence to Lean principles to ensure smooth execution and operational performance.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Maintain STD WIP levels across the line
Ensure single piece flow execution
Monitor line performance against takt time
Adhere to Standard Work Combination Sheets
Coordinate material availability for operators
Apply 5S standards for workplace organization
Nice-to-have
Experience in Weld Repair or CNC Machining
Supervisory experience with individuals
Knowledge of gas turbine components
Familiarity with ELM and SmartShop systems
Understanding of continuous improvement tools
Ability to identify and escalate abnormalities
Key Requirements
Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
Min 3 years' experience in Weld Repair/CNC Machining
Min 2 years' experience supervising individuals
Min 2 years' experience working with gas turbine components
Understanding of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
