Job Summary

  • Manage the entire customer journey from arrivals to departures, including reservations and billing, ensuring a personalized welcome for VIP guests.
  • Coordinate group arrivals with internal teams, manage rooming lists in the PMS, and ensure compliance with specific reception procedures.
  • Promote hotel services and the ALL loyalty program, develop additional sales, and monitor daily room inventories for Staycation and Dayuse bookings.
