Job Summary

• This role provides comprehensive exposure to clean rooms and laboratory operations while building foundational expertise in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and safety program execution with opportunities for professional growth and specialization development.
• The position offers a competitive annual base pay range of $96,475 to $144,713 USD with additional short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based long-term incentives, retirement contributions, and health benefits.
• Employees are expected to work on-site at least three days per week with some flexibility and participate in an on-call rotation to support business-critical activities outside standard working hours.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, or SHE related field
• Minimum 4 years laboratory, research, biopharma R&D/Clinical Manufacturing experience
• Experience with Enablon SHE management system
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety principles and regulatory requirements
• ASP or other early career safety certifications desired
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology operations
• Previous safety leadership or team management experience
