This role serves as a critical bridge between customers, sales, product management, and R&D teams to ensure successful solution positioning and adoption.
The engineer is responsible for delivering high-impact technical presentations, live demonstrations, and proof-of-concept configurations to drive informatics opportunities.
Candidates must possess strong regulatory expertise in GxP frameworks and support validation strategies including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
