Base: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, accident, disability insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off.

5-8 years investment banking experience
M&A execution and capital raising capabilities
Financial analysis and transaction evaluation
Client development and relationship management

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
Series 79 and 63 licenses within 90 days of joining
5-8 years of relevant investment banking experience
