Job Summary

• The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
• Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting activities, maintaining communication, developing activity calendars, and assisting with resident assessments and discharge planning.
• The role requires the ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals, apply mathematical concepts, and solve practical problems.
