  • The selected candidate will become a Section Manager & Design Engineer for the Infrastructure Design Team (INF), supporting the design, modeling, and integration efforts for various design element releases for Sentinel Launch Facilities, Launch Centers, or Test Facilities.
  • As a section manager you will manage a team of individual contributors, provide performance feedback, training, mentoring and coaching to your employees, and support employee engagement, hiring, development, training, attraction, and retention of top talent.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years' experience
  • 6 years' experience with a Master's degree
  • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain SAP clearance
  • Experience in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or electrical design
  • Supervisory or management responsibilities
