Job Summary

  • The HR Head will develop and implement staffing strategies, talent planning, diversity, compensation management and delivery.
  • This role will report to the Contract Site Manager and work closely with KBR’s HR to develop effective HR policies for the project.
  • Responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing strategy for HR management and development, covering recruitment, policy, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay, contracts, training, succession planning, moral, motivation, performance appraisal, and quality management.
