Key Requirements
Minimum 10–12 years of experience
Extensive experience in the real estate side of the hotel and/or serviced apartment industry
in-depth knowledge of the APAC region
Proven experience in Asset Management or Hospitality asset related roles across multiple geographies
Experience conducting feasibility studies and ROCE analyses
Proficient with market and industry research in hospitality
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, Business, or a related field
