Job Summary

• The Hard electric system Owner specialist will define the optimal maintenance strategy in collaboration with the Facility Management partner to ensure performance, managing the entire Electrical domain (high and low voltage) and guaranteeing electrical availability for the entire Vitry site.
• Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors for electricity, fire detection, sprinkler, and gas extinction systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to technical standards and design strategy.
• The role requires deep expertise in electrical and fire systems, strong decision-making capabilities within their domain, and the ability to manage subcontractors and interact with partners effectively.
