Job Summary

  • Human Resources are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs.
  • As a HR Direct Advisor, your role will be to understand the HR needs of our employees, managers and stakeholders by providing efficient, accurate, confident and professional advice and going above and beyond to provide an excellent experience.
  • The HR Direct team supports employees and managers with their HR Policy, Workplace Relations, Pay and Navigational enquiries while fostering career development into a number of roles across the broader HR team.
