Must-have
Education degree or related field
1 year NGO project implementation experience
Knowledge of Venezuelan education system

Experience with children aged 6 to 15
Pedagogical and digital tool proficiency

Experience working with Wayuu and Yukpa indigenous populations
Strong oral and written communication skills

Key Requirements
Professional degree in Education or related area
