The Branch Manager builds, coaches, develops, leads, and motivates a team capable of providing excellent client service and recommending financial solutions.
This role is accountable for branch operations and compliance while leading the team through consistent execution of the Branch Playbook to deliver on goals.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years sales capacity experience
3 years small business deposit credit experience
Strong understanding of financial statements
Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence
Experience influencing business partners
Nice-to-have
Notary License preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong public speaking skills
Ability to work Saturdays as directed
High level of integrity and work ethic
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years sales experience with team leadership
Minimum 3 years small business deposit/credit experience
General understanding of financial statements and concepts
Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value
