• Support our team in Vienna with international financing of acquisitions, projects, assets or companies, structured financial products, FinTech, restructuring, reorganization and insolvency law, regulatory advice to banks and other financial service providers, capital market law, financial market law and investment funds, and financial disputes and contentious proceedings.
