Skills & Requirements
Must-have
B.Sc. or higher in chemical engineering
5+ years process engineering experience
Oil and gas or petrochemical industry background
Plant operations and troubleshooting skills
Process modeling and simulation expertise
Nice-to-have
Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU) knowledge
Furnace and heater equipment experience
Global matrix organization influence skills
Cultural awareness and networking attitude
Turnaround and catalyst change out support
Key Requirements
B.Sc. or higher degree in chemical engineering
At least five years of work experience in refining
Understanding of renewable products chemical processing unit operations
