  • The Data Governance Lead is accountable for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of HammondCare’s enterprise data governance framework, ensuring data and information assets are trusted, high‑quality, secure, compliant, and ethically managed across the organisation.
  • Working closely with clinical, operational, technology, analytics, privacy, and risk stakeholders, the Data Governance Lead embeds governance into day to day operations, decision making, and change initiatives enabling teams to use data confidently while meeting regulatory, privacy, and ethical obligations.
