Salary
Base: $81,000.00-$105,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Short-term and long-term incentives including cash bonus and equity opportunities; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401(k) match, Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biology
4+ years pharmaceutical microbiology experience
GMP-regulated manufacturing environment knowledge
LIMS and electronic notebook proficiency
Bioburden and endotoxin assay expertise
Environmental monitoring and aseptic techniques
Cleanroom gowning and contamination control
Nice-to-have
Prior utilities and gas monitoring experience
Classroom training and mentoring capabilities
Veeva and Kneat system familiarity
LEAN lab and Six Sigma certification
MALDI and MicroSeq troubleshooting skills
EM/UM excursion investigation experience
Compendial test method advanced knowledge
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field
Minimum 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical microbiology
Experience with GMP-regulated manufacturing processes
Ability to meet cleanroom and aseptic gowning requirements
Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods
