Experience managing interactions with Works Councils and Trade Unions
Ability to navigate distinct labour landscapes in France Germany Netherlands
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred fluent in English and another European language
Strong presentation and training skills for educating managers
Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
Preferably CIPD qualified
Extensive experience in multiple EMEA jurisdictions including Germany Poland Czech Republic Italy Spain France Netherlands
