  • Solid knowledge of European labour laws and employment regulations
  • Proven track record leading complex sensitive investigations and restructures
  • Experience managing interactions with Works Councils and Trade Unions
  • Ability to navigate distinct labour landscapes in France Germany Netherlands

Nice-to-have

  • Multilingual preferred fluent in English and another European language
  • Strong presentation and training skills for educating managers

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • Preferably CIPD qualified
  • Extensive experience in multiple EMEA jurisdictions including Germany Poland Czech Republic Italy Spain France Netherlands
