Job Summary
The Hourly Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting in daily parking garage maintenance and general labor activities.
This position performs maintenance by collecting and removing trash from the parking structures and the surrounding grounds, sanitizing and cleaning pay stations, fire boxes, handrails, elevator cars, etc.
