Memorial Hermann TIRR seeks a residency trained clinical pharmacist to support the clinical pharmacy team by staffing the main pharmacy, rounding with physicians, supporting the outpatient clinic by refilling patient prescriptions, and other projects as assigned.
Position develops, implements, and monitors clinical pharmacy programs to improve patient care with an additional focus on decreasing cost; provides clinical services to patients and professional staff; interacts with medical staff on drug utilization and cost containment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science with equivalent experience or MS degree
Doctorate of Pharmacy degree preferred
Licensure in State of Texas
Pharmacy Sterile Product certification
PGY1 residency or equivalent experience
Board certification accepted in lieu of residency
One (1) year or greater experience as a Clinical Pharmacist I
