The Operations Development Program is a two-year program designed to provide thorough exposure to The Timken Company's manufacturing and manufacturing support functions to develop future leaders within the company.
Participants will be mentored and have significant interaction with senior operations leaders throughout the company while rotating through four six-month assignments at different plant locations.
