Job Summary
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman is seeking to hire a 2nd-3rd year level associate to join the Litigation practice group in the San Diego office.
The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial, trial, settlement and so on) and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of discovery, preparing witnesses for deposition, drafting complaints, answers, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, managing filing and service of pleadings, etc.
