Provide direct daily support to assembly lines, troubleshooting issues in real time and driving corrective actions to improve OEE, scrap, rework, and downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support new program integration, and drive cost reduction initiatives through process improvements.

Key Requirements
