Xylem Inc. is seeking a Regional SAP S4 Order to Cash (OTC) IT Lead Consultant to drive innovation and support for their ERP ecosystem in Budapest, Hungary. Job Summary

  • The Regional SAP S4 Order to Cash (OTC) IT Lead consultant will identify and define a regional strategy that innovates, simplifies, delivers, and supports Xylem’s ERP ecosystem.
  • This role also requires to harmonize the Order to Cash (OTC)solutions with other enterprise technologies, including but not limited to data management, business intelligence, sales and operations, manufacturing, and engineering solution sets throughout their respective lifecycles.
  • Provide training, coaching, mentoring, supervising, and evaluation of staff to maintain optimum performance in job duties.

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience with Master's Degree
  • 14-18 years of relevant business or IT experience
  • 10+ years in large-scale ERP application platforms
  • 5+ years in manufacturing environment (OTC)
  • Hands-on SAP S/4 deployment and support
  • Experienced in offshoring and outsourcing
  • Excellent people manager and leader
