Job Summary

  • As an Engagement Manager in our Canadian practice, you will be the key player on a team that guides customers through the solution delivery and deployment lifecycle by partnering with Workday leadership, consultants, and resource management.
  • Project manage one or more Workday Financials/HCM/Payroll/implementations concurrently and ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices and is a reference upon completing their implementation.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years managing complex HCM/ERP implementations
  • 3+ years deploying Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ultimate Kronos or similar
  • Experience working for a professional services consulting firm or supporting HCM/ERP implementations
  • Previous experience with project management tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% - 50% of the time
