Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize In Service education programs for staff, and supervise staff including disciplinary measures.
Provide direct resident/patient care and coordinate infection control surveillance, while maintaining employee/resident/patient confidentiality at all times.
