Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize In Service education programs for staff, and supervise staff including disciplinary measures.
  • Provide direct resident/patient care and coordinate infection control surveillance, while maintaining employee/resident/patient confidentiality at all times.

Key Requirements

  • Valid RN or LVN/LPN license
