The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills

Job Summary

  • · Identify the recruitment needs of Department Managers, drafting job descriptions, liaising with recruitment agencies, coordinating and conducting interviews
  • · Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding (contract and letter administration) and exit management
  • · Handle all work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and liaise with MOM for any work pass-related matters
