Key Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner Benefits Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in HCM/Benefits
  • Work authorization in the Philippines
