The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop quality assurance programs, and assist in planning resident discharge plans as required.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
