Job Summary

• The Senior Manager, Disruption Management is responsible for strengthening nbn’s Disruption Management capability by overseeing the Crisis Management and Emergency Management systems that support organisational readiness for major disruptions.
• The role supports continuous improvement of the disruption management framework, integrates with broader resilience programs, maintains strong industry partnerships, and manages governance, assurance and performance reporting across the capability.
