Job Summary

  • The Director of Indigenous Relations & Reconciliation will lead the development and implementation of Parsons company-wide Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Strategy.
  • This Director role will serve as the Champion and the lead in Parsons reconciliation efforts across all business lines, ensuring that commitments are embedded in operations, project delivery, procurement, and people practices.
