Key Requirements
2 years experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or long term care
Registered nurse with license or eligible for registration
Experience in managing in a multi-unionized environment
Experience with CQI/risk management and person-centred care
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Manitoba health legislation and standards
