Base: $177,000.00 - $265,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12 years experience or higher degree with less experience
Active DoD Top Secret SCI clearance with recent background check
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance
Experience leading design and test & evaluation efforts
