The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent assistance with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents into and out of beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Participate in shift meetings to improve services
