Job Summary

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the team to achieve its business objectives by accurately owning the assigned resources, developing the technical skills and leadership of team members, and implementing KHMS that guarantee the achievement of the results is balanced.
  • Deliver Business targets at shift level, guide and lead the team to implement the shift plan, and lead gap analysis and execution of action plans required to close gaps.
  • Coverage for benefits will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans and associated governing plan documents, and wellbeing programs inspire a physical, social, emotional, and financial well-being lifestyle.
