You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
The role requires making independent decisions to solve practical problems while dealing tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, and government agencies.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
2 years or more experience in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification
Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
