  • You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
  • The role requires making independent decisions to solve practical problems while dealing tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, and government agencies.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
  • Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
