Base: $129,900 - $158,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options

Must-have
5+ years Global Payroll Sales experience
Technical discovery and qualification skills
Consultative selling approach for complex deals
Nice-to-have
Fluency in French, Spanish, or German
Experience with Workday systems
Strong storytelling communication skills
Key Requirements
5+ years related experience in Global Payroll Sales or Pre-Sales
Deep knowledge of global payroll compliance and localization requirements
Proven consultancy or sales experience with Workday systems
