  • Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Document Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
