Job Summary
This position will collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patients' psychiatric condition and to assess client needs as part of the interdisciplinary team.
The per diem social worker works collaboratively with all healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans that support patient-centered plans of care for both individual patients and the medical community.
