The Transformation Director will act as a trusted advisor to local management teams and APAC senior executives to shape long-term transformation roadmaps.
This role requires defining target operating models and governing the transition from As-Is to To-Be across multiple countries in the ASEANA region.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of delivering business change across digital, operational, and organizational domains.
