Job Summary

  • The Director of Accounting manages the general accounting team and is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and relevant and financial information accross all Revelyst’s brands.
  • This role plays a key part in driving process improvement and advnancing accouting systems and infrastructure.
  • The Director of Accounting partners closely with sales, business unit leadership, corporate functions, and the FP&A teams to support the business in planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting and working capital management.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA license
  • 10+ years accounting experience
  • 5+ years managing a team
  • Experience in large or mid-cap companies
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite)
  • Ability to work in a complex organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
