Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12+ years ServiceNow platform experience
ITIL Foundation Certification required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Full lifecycle development for ServiceNow customizations
Experience with ITSM and ITIL practices
Nice-to-have
ServiceNow Admin Certification preferred
Experience building processes for HR Finance Facilities
Strong focus on exceptional user experiences
Proactive user-centric approach to adoption
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
