Job Summary

• Individuals in MCA are responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive and robust Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA), also known as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and the execution of control activities thus improving identification and remediation of significant control issues and operational risk events in a timely manner.
• The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing manually intensive data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our control inventory, and facilitating the detection and resolution of control and PRCM breaks.
• The candidate will play a vital part in implementing process improvements, supporting system enhancements, and collaborating with global partners.
