Job Summary
The role supports Lead Estimators and Preconstruction Managers in executing all estimating functions throughout the preconstruction phase launch process.
Candidates will be responsible for value engineering, budget controls, constructability reviews, and ensuring estimates are complete, accurate, and supported by recent pricing data.
This position requires extensive knowledge of building construction materials, systems, market conditions, and the ability to utilize BIM for quantity take-offs.
