Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ph.D. in Pharmacology or related field
8+ years industry experience in vivo oncology
Xenograft efficacy study leadership
IACUC processes and animal welfare regulations
AALAC accreditation support experience
Radiopharmaceutical therapeutic knowledge
Cross-functional team leadership
Nice-to-have
Experience applying AI and computational tools
Familiarity with biodistribution and dosimetry
Knowledge of radiation biology concepts
