The role partners with business and technology teams to deliver AIA's Enterprise Digital objectives through high-quality end-to-end UX and UI design.
Candidates must set and lead experience strategy at scale while embedding the Group Design System to ensure consistent, scalable experiences across markets.
AIA offers flexible working arrangements including 3 days in office and 2 days WFH, along with additional leave days and health initiatives.
