8+ years PCBA and SMT experience
New Product Introduction (NPI) expertise
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) frameworks
Vendor capability verification and management
Physical hardware manufacturing experience

Autonomous flight vehicle experience
Scripting skills in any language

Key Requirements
