Job Summary
The branch leader has responsibility for managing all aspects of assigned branch, including driving branch performance through leading, coaching and managing, and business development.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, along with management of human capital including interviewing, selection, hiring, and performance reviews.
